The Sexual Freedom Awards honours “pioneers in sexuality, striptease artists, sexual service providers and their allies”. In 2018 I was bestowed the honour of a nomination (thank you to whomever is responsible) and ultimately awarded the title “Sex Worker of the Year”
The famous golden flying penis trophies are crafted in Bali and are a gorgeous wood sculpture with stunning metallic paintwork. I love mine!
I would like to thank the team of volunteers behind the event, along with my fellow nominees who were all so deserving.
Nominations are now open for the 2019 awards, so please nominate and help spread the word about the Sexual Freedom Awards. It’s so important to recognise and support our friends and colleagues who work in the sex industry and those who campaign for, promote and celebrate sexual freedom.
The Awards raise awareness and funds for the charity that Dr Tuppy Owens founded, called the Outsiders Trust (Charity Number 283350), which supports disabled people to find partners and lead lives that include sexual expression. Find Out More about The Outsiders Trust
