Why Saline?
Men who are fascinated with macrogenitalism (oversized genitals) have been trying to find ways to enlarge their junk for decades, probably longer. Vacuum pumping can provide a natural and safe way to engorge tissues with the body’s own fluids. It does take time, and the right equipment.
Saline was eventually found to be effective as it is Ph balanced to match the body’s fluids, and the saline won’t directly damage tissues or be rejected by the body. Since the medical field feeds it directly into patient veins to hydrate the body, we know that it’s safe to use in this fashion. One must be careful though that they don’t have physical conditions that might react to over-hydration. People with heart, kindey or adrenal conditions should NOT try saline infusions as it might complicate their other conditions!
People with allergies to latex and related compounds should also not try saline infusions as most medical materials used in infusing are manufactured or come in contact with latex and could cause an allergic reaction.
What’s An Infusion?
Infusing a saline compound is a process by which sterile saline is hooked up to an IV drip line, that is then attached to a needle or cannula that’s been inserted to the body. The IV is opened, and the saline drips into the body at a measured rate. This allows the skin to stretch more slowly and comfortably.
Injecting saline into the body using a syringe forces the fluid into tissues that aren’t used to that kind of fluid pressure, and can be uncomfortable. Infusing allows the saline to flow at a slower rate, but allows the scrotum to swell without extreme pressure. Scrotal infusion fills at a rate of about one liter per hour.
